6 Week Weight Loss Chart With Personalized Weight Range This chart (Google Sheets format) can be personalized with your weight range. If you have a Google account, use this and avoid needing to manually write all the numbers. You will be prompted to make a copy when you click on the link.
6 Week Weight Loss Chart This chart (PDF) has a range of 18 pounds. After printing it out, write your weight range numbers in the far-left column and the far-right column.
6 Week Maintenance Chart This chart (PDF) is designed for weight maintenance, so it has a narrower range of 9 pounds. Put the weight you’d like to maintain in the far-left column, middle row. Then fill in the numbers above and below that.
18 Week Maintenance Chart This chart (PDF) is like the 6 week chart above, but set up with an 18 week date range.
